Upcoming K-Drama “Imitation” Opens Social Media Accounts For The Fictional Idol Groups In The Show

The upcoming K-Drama called Imitation has recently opened social media accounts for the fictional idol groups appearing in the show!

Imitation is based on a webtoon of the same name and tells the story of idols in the entertainment industry. The cast includes many big names such as Jung Ji So, Shim Eun Jin, Ahn Jung Hoon, Lim Nayoung, Yuri, Minseo, U-KISS’s Lee Jun Young, Boys’ Republic’s Suwoong, g.o.d’s Danny Ahn, T-ara’s Jiyeon, ATEEZ’s Yunho, Jongho, Seonghwa, and San, and SF9’s Hwiyoung and Chani.

In the series, there are three major idol groups: SHAX, Tea Party, and Sparkling.

SHAX will be a top boy group with members including Kwon Ryok (Lee Jun Young), Lee Hyun (Hwiyoung), Jae Woo (Ahn Jung Hoon), Do Jin (Yuri), and Hyuk (Jongho). Check out their Instagram and Twitter accounts below!

Sparkling will be a rival boy group including Lee Yoo Jin (Yunho), Se Young (Seonghwa), Hyun Oh (Suwoong), and Min Soo (San). Check out their Instagram and Twitter accounts here!

Tea Party will be a girl group made up of Lee Ma Ha (Jung Ji So), Shim Hyun Ji (Lim Nayoung), and Yoo Ri Ah (Minseo). Danny Ahn will be playing Ji Hak, the CEO of Tea Party’s agency. This is their Instagram and Twitter!

Jiyeon will appear as a solo artist named La Ri Ma while Shim Eun Jin is taking the role of an entertainment reporter named Byun. SF9’s Chani will be Lee Eun Jo, who is supposedly a former member of SHAX. The main focal characters appear to be Lee Yoo Jin, Lee Ma Ha, Kwon Ryok, and La Ri Ma.
