Most stars make their money through album sales, touring, and advertisements—but, some take their entrepreneurial spirit one step further. These six crazy rich stars are making bank in the real estate market flipping properties worth over $10 million USD.
Girls’ Generation’s YoonA is considered one of K-Pop’s biggest real estate tycoons, and it’s no surprise why. In October 2018, she purchased a modern building worth over ₩10.0 billion KRW (about $8.83 million USD).
The six-floor building is located in Cheongdam-dong, one of the best areas to make a huge return on investment when it comes to real estate.
For most married couples, the most expensive newlywed spend is a fancy honeymoon. For Big Bang’s Taeyang, however, it was an incredibly pricey home.

YoonA isn’t the only real estate mogul in Girls’ Generation. Yuri bought her own property in Nonhyeon-dong, Gangnam this year for ₩12.8 billion KRW (about $11.3 million USD).
Real estate experts praised her for buying a building in an ideal location which excellent accessibility and visibility.
Last month, it was revealed that Itaewon Class and Parasite star Park Seo Joon recently purchased his own building in Sinsa-dong, Gangnam. Despite being a relatively old property, it set him back ₩11.0 billion KRW (about $9.71 million USD).

Renowned Crash Landing on You actress Son Ye Jin also became the owner of a new building in Sinsa-dong, Gangnam last month. The property is reportedly worth staggering ₩16.0 billion KRW (about $14.1 million USD).
She paid ₩4.00 billion KRW (about $3.53 million USD) in cash for the 1567-square meter building, which boasts six floors and two basement levels. Back in 2015, Son Ye Jin made a ₩4.10 billion KRW (about $3.62 million USD) profit on a building she bought in Seogyeo-dong, Mapo, which sold for ₩13.5 billion KRW (about $11.9 million USD).
Like YoonA, Rain also owns a pricey building in Cheongdam-dong. He purchased the property, known as Rain Avenue, for ₩17.0 billion KRW (about $15.0 million USD) in 2008. Since then, the value has increased to a staggering ₩33.0 billion KRW (about $29.1 million USD).
Since its 2017 renovation, the building currently houses Rain’s entertainment agency office as well as a café, pub, and art gallery.
