IZ*ONE’s Ahn Yujin Quits High School To Focus On Her Idol Life
IZ*ONE‘s Ahn Yujin‘s agency, Off The Record, has just revealed that she has dropped out of high school so she can focus on her job, being an idol.
In a statement released to the media today, they revealed the decision was made after careful consideration with her, her parents, and the agency.
We have had long and careful discussions about Ahn Yujin’s current situation and her future very carefully with her parents and the management agency.
It has been decided that she will continue her studies through self-study home-schooling and she will take the GED exam to be recognized for her academic studies.
We will respect the wishes of Ahn Yujin and her parents, and we will do our best to provide our full support so that she can achieve her goals.

Ahn Yujin entered SOPA (School of Performing Arts Seoul) back in March of 2019. Fellow IZ*ONE member and Starship Entertainment trainee Jang Wonyoung also made the decision earlier this year to continue her education through home-schooling.
