BTS’s RM Congratulates ARMY On “M2 X Genie Music Awards” Wins
BTS won big at the 2019 M2 X Genie Music Awards (MGMAs), but leader RM is giving all credit to ARMY.
The MGMAs were held on August 1 at Olympic Gymnastics Arena in Seoul. Although BTS did not attend the event in person, they took home a total of 6 awards: “Global Popularity Award”,
The Performing Artist Male”, “Genie Music Popularity Award”, “The Male Group”, “The Top Artist Daesang”, and “M2 The Top Video Daesang”.
On August 2, RM tweeted out a video to thank ARMYs for their endless support. He wrote, “Thank you so much for the precious 6 awards we won #MGMA #ARMYmadeit”.
