She will be starring in “Shouts of a Father”, which will be the debut film of director Choi Ha Na.
Acting as the lead role To Il, Krystal’s character is a college student who is described as reckless, aggressive yet courageous.
To Il has been described as a headstrong character who does what she wants, without being easily intimidated by anyone.
Throughout the course of the film, To Il becomes involved in a passionate romance and later becomes engaged.
Unexpectedly, To Il becomes pregnant and embarks on a quest to find the biological father ahead of her wedding.
Her character has been described as progressively growing as she faces the greatest challenges of her life: pregnancy and marriage.
Although Krystal has appeared in numerous acting roles in the past, this will be her first acting role as the lead character.
While To Il sounds like a multilayered and challenging role, there is no doubt that Krystal will be able to fully portray this role and showcase her acting abilities.
“Shouts of a Father” will begin filming in August of this year.
