Kim Samuel Is Reportedly Establishing His Own Agency
Kim Samuel, who is currently involved in a legal dispute with Brave Entertainment, is reportedly starting his own agency.
According to the Korean Intellectual Property Office, Kim Samuel has filed a trademark application for the name “SAMUEL” on March 20th. The application is currently being reviewed and no objections have been made thus far.
The application includes the trademark rights for artist management-related categories including celebrity management, album production, concert performance and photo retail as well as stationary retail, mapping, sunglass retail, etc.
Kim Samuel has currently opened a new official homepage as well as a new social media account fan cafe. Announcements made by Samuel and his mother are posted on these websites.
Considering these facts, it is likely that Samuel is preparing to establish his own agency.
In fact, Samuel’s legal representative stated on June 14th that Samuel has filed a trademark application for his name and is planning to start his own agency.
Samuel’s mother is currently sojourning in the US and she recently sent me a message. Samuel has filed a trademark application for his name and is planning to establish a one-man agency.
