BTS’s “Boy With Luv” Certified Platinum By RIAA
BTS‘s latest comeback track “Boy With Luv” has been certified platinum by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA).
The RIAA confirmed the news on their SNS on June 24. It was certified on June 20, 2019.
A digital single and album receive a platinum certification if they exceed over 1 million units sold. Digital single include digital downloads, audio and video streaming, and more.
BTS has other tracks that have gotten a gold certification, like “MIC DROP”, “DNA”, “FAKE LOVE”, and more. This means that these tracks have exceeded over 500,000 units sold.
